EXOTIQ'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). IN NO EVENT SHALL EXOTIQ BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Governed by Delaware law. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.
